I’m Pearl (aka The Chocolate Puddle). I’m a big, beautiful Gordon Setter, and I’ve got the best human in the word: Cindy Neuschwander. We live on the California Central Coast. That means we go to the beach where I get to run and dig. We also hike and take walks together.

Cindy often goes away during the day. She usually comes back smelling like kids and school. Other days, she smells like the grocery store, the swimming pool, or church. When she’s home, she sits at her computer and writes stories and reads them out loud to me. Often, I’m just sleeping in the sun.

Cindy’s written a lot of books, but 2B Determined is her first novel. She’s more excited about it than a dog trapped in a meat market. So…stick your nose into 2B Determined and get reading.
